How do I use the NoHands Mouse?
When using the NoHands Mouse, it is important to please... SIT RIGHT!"
Raise Your Seat!
If you're using your thighs, or moving your knees, your chair is not high enough! Let the chair support your legs. Put very little weight on the NoHands Mouse.
You should only be "wobbling" your ankles to use the NoHands Mouse.
Adjust The Cursor Speed
The cursor speed has been set at the factory to a commonly preferred speed. If you're not comfortable with it, go to the control panel and adjust it until it feels right for you. Slowing the speed down will make fine movements easier while learning.

Tips For Best Performance
(Letters apply to drawing)
A. Rest your back against the chair. Don't sit forward.
B. Be sure your chair seat is long enough to give your legs proper support.
C. Keep your knees at a 90 degree angle; lower legs should not be too far back or stretched too far out in front. Raise your seat so you don't have to move your legs or knees. Don't let your knees be too far above or below your hips.
D. Keep your feet squarely on the pedals. Don't rest them on the edge, and don't place them diagonally on the pedals.
Above all, adapt for your own comfort, and please read the manual on user safety!
